Architect Leading Agile Release Train

After completing the SAFe for Architects course, how did you apply the learnings to the ART context—specifically in planning the architectural runway, coordinating teams, and ensuring continuous delivery alignment across value streams?

After completing the SAFe for Architects course from Advised Skills https://www.advisedskills.com/agile-and-scrum/safe-for-architects I applied the lessons directly within our Agile Release Train (ART).I started by developing a clear architectural runway, mapping enablers and aligning them with business priorities to support continuous delivery. I then coordinated teams through regular architecture syncs and used visual dependency boards to keep alignment transparent. Finally, I implemented a governance rhythm tied to PI planning, ensuring architecture decisions guided every iteration while promoting collaboration, scalability, and consistent value delivery across all value streams.
